Terms of Service & Policies

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of all training programs, certifications, websites, learning portals, digital content, and support services provided by NCSTA. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. International Academy Notice
NCSTA serves students globally across multiple countries and time zones. By using our services, you acknowledge that communications, training, and support may be delivered digitally and internationally, and local laws may apply in addition to U.S. laws.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information, including communications via email and WhatsApp for support and course-related updates.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
5. Course Access & Digital Delivery
Courses are delivered digitally. Access may require internet connectivity, compatible devices, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.
6. Payments & Fees
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Late or declined payments may result in suspension of access.
- You are responsible for all taxes and transaction fees.
7. Payment Plans
Payment plans include a short grace period. Missed payments may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of access until balances are resolved.
8. Refund Policy
Students may request a refund within three (3) days of purchase for eligible courses. After this period, all sales are final. Refund abuse may result in account suspension. Upon refund, access to all materials, certifications, and credentials is revoked.
9. Certifications & Credentials
Certificates and credentials are issued upon successful completion of requirements. NCSTA does not guarantee employment, exam passage, or third-party certification outcomes. External exam providers have their own policies and fees.
10. Acceptable Use & Ethical Conduct
Because we teach cybersecurity skills, you agree to use all knowledge, tools, and training for lawful and ethical purposes only.
- No illegal hacking or unauthorized access
- No misuse of penetration testing techniques
- No harassment or abuse of instructors or students
- No sharing or reselling course materials
Violation may result in immediate termination and possible reporting to authorities.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, labs, software, and content are owned by NCSTA or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
12. Communication Methods
To provide global support, we may communicate through email, phone, learning portals, and WhatsApp. By enrolling, you consent to receiving these communications.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may link to third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
14. Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, employment outcomes, or uninterrupted service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCSTA from claims or damages arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or nonpayment. Upon termination, all licenses and access immediately cease.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
20. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
